As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which we will send to the e-mail address you provided. If you cannot find an e-mail in your inbox, please also check your spam folder before contacting us. Before your order will be shipped, full payment via credit card or using the payment services offered on our site is required. As soon as we have received the payment, we will manufacture your order and prepare it for shipment.

Of course, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal with us. Our goods are provided with a sealing ribbon. Please understand that we only take back unworn goods with the original seal attached. Jewellery from which the seal has been removed cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note that pieces of Jewellery that you have configured can neither be exchanged nor returnd. As soon as we have received the goods intact, we will refund the full purchase amount. The cost of a return shipment is borne by the customer. We recommend insured shipping to ensure reliable delivery to Annabelle Kern. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost or damaged when we receive them. In such a case, no refund will be given.
