6. Data analysis

6.1 Log-files

Every time our site is accessed, usage data is transmitted through the respective internet browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. The data records stored in this process contain the following data: date and time of access, name of the page accessed, IP address, referrer URL (URL of origin from which you came to our website), the amount of data transferred and information on the used Browser. Your IP addresses will be deleted or anonymized after use. In the case of anonymization, the address is changed in such a way that the individual details can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person or only with a disproportionately large amount of effort. The evaluation of anonymized data sets helps to further optimize our shop offer and make it more user-friendly.

6.2 Cookies

In order to make the use of our offer as customer-friendly as possible, we sometimes use so-called cookies. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer and that save certain settings and data for exchange with our system via your browser. Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer on your next visit (so-called long-term cookies). The cookies generated have an expiry time of up to 12 months. The acceptance of cookies is not a prerequisite for visiting our website. However, we would like to point out that the use of some important functions is not possible without cookies. In your browser you can set that the storage of cookies is only accepted if you agree. As a rule, the help function in the menu bar of your web browser shows you how you can reject new cookies and deactivate those that have already been received.

6.3 Google Analytics

Our online shop uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics also uses the "cookies" described in Section 6.2. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we have activated IP anonymization. Due to this restriction, Google is obliged to shorten the IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. By shortening your IP address, conclusions about your identity can be excluded. Google uses the information mentioned to evaluate your use of our online shop, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide us with other services related to the use of websites and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. By using our website you declare that you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google and the previously described method of data processing and the stated purpose. 7. Social Plug-ins

Our online shop uses so-called social plug-ins from various social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest). With the help of these plug-ins you can, for example, share content or recommend products. By integrating the plug-ins, the social network receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page on our website. If you are logged in to the social network, it can assign the visit to your account. If you interact with the plug-ins, for example press the Facebook "Like" button or leave a comment, the relevant information is sent directly from your browser to the social network and stored there. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by social networks as well as your related rights and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the data protection information of the respective networks or websites. You can find the links for this below. If you do not want social networks to collect data about you via our website, you must log out of these networks before visiting our website. However, even if you are not logged in to the social networks, data can be sent to the networks from websites with active social plug-ins. To completely prevent this, you must deactivate the plug-ins when you visit our site.
